These Terms govern your use of the Pigee Courier platform ("the Platform") across the business (courier) portal, the driver portal and the client (sender) portal. By creating an account you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Subscription (per-seat) charges are billed as described at sign-up. In addition, courier businesses agree to a platform fee of 1.8% on the shipping charge of every delivery that is not paid through Stripe Checkout (including but not limited to cash, cash-on-delivery, wallet-settled and invoiced shipments). Shipments paid through Stripe Checkout are exempt from this fee.
Where you have connected Stripe and hold a sufficient wallet balance, the fee is deducted from your wallet balance as it accrues. Where you have not connected Stripe, or your balance is insufficient, the fee is added to your next monthly invoice. Your current and outstanding fees are shown in your wallet. The fee rate may be varied; the rate in effect at the time a fee is settled applies to any then-unpaid amounts.
Any platform fees accrued before you cancel or your account is terminated remain due and payable. Cancelling your subscription does not extinguish fees already incurred.
Driver payouts, wallet top-ups, client payments and any cash-on-delivery handling operate as described in the relevant portal. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Card processing is provided by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
Clients send delivery work to couriers through the Platform on the commercial terms agreed with each courier (per-drop rate, payment terms, optional insurance). Agreed terms are binding once accepted by both parties in the portal.
Drivers receive rounds, capture proof of delivery, and are paid by the courier business they work with. Pigee provides the software; the commercial relationship is between driver and courier business.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent fees, or upload unlawful content. The Platform is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. We process personal data in line with our privacy policy and applicable law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will require re-acceptance in the portal. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by your local law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.
