This policy explains how Pigee Inc. ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use the Pigee Courier platform across the business, driver and client portals.

Account details (name, email, password hash), business and contact information, delivery details (recipient names, addresses, phone numbers, delivery notes), payment and payout information processed via Stripe, driver location and availability for routing, and usage data such as logins and activity needed to run the service.
To provide and operate the platform: authentication, dispatching and routing deliveries, capturing proof of delivery, processing payments and platform fees, sending delivery notifications by email or WhatsApp, and improving and securing the service.
We share data only as needed to run the service: with the courier business and its drivers handling a delivery, with payment processors (Stripe), with messaging providers (e.g. Meta WhatsApp) to send notifications you have configured, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Where a courier business enables them, end recipients receive delivery notifications by email and/or WhatsApp. These contain delivery status and a tracking link. Recipients can ask the sending business to stop notifications.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and may object to or restrict certain processing.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
